Yes and no. We are a hosted checkout, similarly, but we do not require you to process payments through us. You can use any payment processor you want. We also don’t require you to use our fraud coverage. Similarly, we both are a one-click checkout solution with vaulted customers and buy now button options. Nope! PPOs are included with every Rally checkout account.
Rally’s checkout is focused on maximizing conversion and AOV at the time of purchase, and our business model aligns us with the merchant’s goals around the checkout. Unfortunately, we don’t have any control over what happens to the order after the checkout is complete. Additionally, with our monthly charges, it would be overly complex to account for refunds and cancellations that happen well outside the monthly billing period.
Yes. Rally has partnered with Forter to offer the best-in-class ecommerce fraud protection option for you store. The fraud protection options are not included in the original pricing based on your GMV.
Nope! Rally charges you based on your GMV, not your backend or payment processor choices.
Yes - you have 30 days to decide if you want to continue with Rally.
We bill on a monthly basis based on revenue processed for the previous month.
If you have an annual plan, you are billed annually based on your previous years processed revenue.

Yes, we will help train you and anyone else on your team on how to implement post-purchase offers. We'll also work with you to understand your PPO analytics and discuss opportunities for increasing your revenue.
Yup! We have a full list of available payments on our integrations page. Some of these include: Apple Pay, PayPal, GPay, Venmo, Klarna, AfterPay, PayPal Pay Later, and more. We are also able to create custom indirect integrations with your chosen express payment methods.
